Jonathan Hoover
Show Host
Jonathan Hoover serves as the Associate Pastor and Couples Pastor at NewSpring Church in Wichita, KS.
Jonathan holds an undergraduate degree in psychology and counseling from Liberty University, and a Master of Science degree from Regent University in general psychology. Currently, Jonathan is working toward a Ph.D. in Industrial and Occupational Psychology at Grand Canyon University. He also is a member of the adjunct faculty at Regent University, teaching Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Jonathan is also a certified Lean Six Sigma black belt.
Jonathan has written two books, The Blindfolded Marriage, and Fight-Proof Your Marriage. You can check out Jonathan’s amazon page here. Jonathan has also been published academically in the Journal of Psychology and Christianity, and served as an invited peer-reviewer for the prestigious Journal of Psychology and Theology. Jonathan also has an article soon-to-release in the Focus on the Family Magazine.
Jonathan is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, and multiple divisions of the American Psychological Association.
Jonathan is supported by a wonderful and loving family. His wife of fifteen years, Wendy, serves alongside him on the staff of NewSpring Church. Wendy is also a respected pastoral life-coach, and often speaks with Jonathan at couples events.
Jonathan and Wendy have two beautiful daughters, Cheyenne and Summer.
