Show Host
Hi, I’m Jonathan and this is my leadership podcast. Here, I interview top-tier scholars and industry leaders about the unique challenges and benefits of leadership.
A little about me: I serve as the Senior Associate Pastor of NewSpring Church, an amazing ministry in Wichita, Kansas. I am also a Ph.D. student and college faculty member, studying and teaching industrial and organizational psychology. As a leader myself, I’m aware that being a visionary and a change agent can be very difficult at times. I’m particularly interested in how leaders can overcome the challenges and obstacles that stand in their way. In that sense, this podcast is part of my journey of learning. I hope you enjoy sharing the experience with me.
